The process of developing our new strategic plan is well underway, and it feels really important to do this in a way that reflects the voices and experiences of our community.

We recently held a co-production evening where volunteers, partners and community members came together to help us tease out what our priorities should be for the years ahead. It was a really valuable and energising conversation, and it gave us a lot to think about as we move forward.

A sincere thank you to everyone who came along and contributed so openly. Your ideas, honesty and willingness to engage are what will shape this plan and make sure it reflects what’s really needed.

We’re looking forward to building on what we heard and continuing the conversation as we develop the plan further.
