Kilkenny and Carlow Volunteer Centres are collaborating with Carmichael Ireland to host a Ready and Able to Reopen workshop on Wednesday 18th August 10 – 11.30 am.

Whether you are a small volunteer-led community group or a larger organisation – this workshop is suitable for you.

What Will Be Covered:

1. Wellbeing Checks: Checks with staff, volunteers and/or service users to increase comfort levels and encourage reengagement with your services

2. Current Government Policy: Current government advice and what has changed since last year

3. Risk Management: Identifying and planning for risk, mitigating risk and drafting a Covid Response Plan.

4. New Challenges in 2021: Your organisation’s position on vaccination uptake amongst staff, employees and service users and the legalities of this.  Also provided are template policies around Right to Disconnect, Homeworking and Cyber Security if applicable to your organisation.
